Information you give us

The only personal information the site collects directly is what you type into the contact form: your first and last name, email address, subject and message. That message is sent by email to the site owner so we can reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list, sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the server that hosts SampaioUSA.com keeps standard access logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working properly.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay in the site owner's mailbox only as long as needed to answer you and for ordinary record keeping. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Send your request through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

SampaioUSA.com does not use its own advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how many people visit and which pages they enjoy, the site uses two analytics services that may place cookies in your browser:

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures visits, pages viewed, approximate location (city or region), device type and how you arrived at the site. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Statcounter counts visits and shows which pages are popular. It runs invisibly and does not display anything on the page.

These reports are viewed in summary form and are not used to identify you personally. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, each with its own privacy policy:

• YouTube videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video plays, YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply.
• Video gallery (Videos page) is provided by Elfsight. Its script loads from Elfsight's servers and shows videos from our social accounts, so Elfsight and the video platforms it pulls from may receive your IP address and set cookies. Their terms and privacy policies apply to it.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.
• Downloads and shortened links: the Moto Club video intro is shared through Google Drive, and the WhatsApp button uses a Bitly short link. Those services may record your visit under their own policies.
• Google Business Profile: the site is linked to the SampaioUSA business listing on Google. Reviews and information there are handled by Google.
• Links to other websites, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Linktree, the FAA DroneZone and UAV Coach, take you to sites we do not control. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.

You are welcome to browse the site, watch the videos and share links to any page. When you use SampaioUSA.com, please do not:

• copy, re-upload or sell the site's videos, photos or text as your own;
• use the contact form to send spam, advertising or abusive messages;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its server.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may update the site and this policy at any time; the effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
